CCPA Whitepaper:
Frequency of Contact
Communication is the key to any strong relationship. Your relationship with us is no different. We work with you to establish a communication schedule to ensure that your plans are on track and milestones are being met. A lot can happen in a year, and we want to be there for all of it!
We believe that talking only once per year does not provide enough time or detail for us to work with you on planning. Each year, we look ahead at the decisions pending and the dreams on the horizon. By designating a schedule for contact- monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually- we shift the conversation to Financial Insight. This combination of looking at data while maintaining focus on what matters most to you is vital to creating a measurable, success-focused path forward.
We look forward to hearing from you anytime that you have questions or need our support! Our intent with creating a contact frequency plan is to ensure that you are prompted to update us routinely. If you have something to ask or tell us, you will know when our next check-in is planned and be able to determine if that works or if you should reach out sooner.
For individuals, one of our points of contact will be your tax preparation. That is scheduled, based on varying factors, between February and October. Once that date is in place, we determine when another semi-annual point of contact will make sense. In some years it relates to transitions you are planning in your life and in other years, it will just be at the optimal time in each of our schedules.
For our clients that own businesses, and yes that includes self-employed clients, we often need more frequent contact. Based on your business needs, we will recommend a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual schedule. Our quarterly updates are in April, July, October, and December. Our semi-annual updates for self-employed clients are in May and November.
